Hassan ZAIN is the new Chef of Salma’s diner, from Avenue Restaurant in Conakry. This Chef of Lebanese origin has been able, during his 13-year international career, to work for great restaurants such as the Crystal Company in Arabi Arabia, the Rest hose in Lebanon or the Mouzia restaurant in Nigeria.

The Oishii restaurant is located behind the dining room of the Avenue restaurant in Conakry. For a maximum of 12 people, the Oishii restaurant offers guests a unique intimacy and a breathtaking view of the kitchens to enjoy the dancing show of the chefs.
